Course overview

Did you know that the average business is so focused on day-to-day operational activities, that a business strategy is never formally defined?

Does your business have a strategy, and if so, what is that strategy?

What are the cornerstones to a sound business strategy? When last have you revisited your business strategy?

Nic Frangos started his career at Unilever South Africa as a marketing manager and, at the tender age of 28, became the youngest senior manager at Unilever.
