Course overview

Did you know that the average business is so focused on day-to-day operational activities, that a business strategy is never formally defined?

Does your business have a strategy, and if so, what is that strategy?

What are the cornerstones to a sound business strategy? When last have you revisited your business strategy?

Nic Frangos started his career at Unilever South Africa as a marketing manager and, at the tender age of 28, became the youngest senior manager at Unilever. Nic is also the founder of Mercedes Information Technologies (MIT) which won the award for the best non-listed (privately owned) company in South Africa, judged by Arthur Anderson, WITS Business School and Business Day.

Nic incorporated Legends Inc., a sports management company that managed the likes of former world number one golfer Ernie Els from 1994. Ernie won three golfing majors while in the Legends stable. Nick Price joined Legends Inc. in 1994 and won three golfing majors.
