SMART helps you create your professional profile by selecting a professional pathway and seniority level that apply to you.
Against this profile, the tool navigates you through a self-assessment against the key professional competencies that construct your pathway.
Your self-assessment results are automatically benchmarked, and SMART creates your professional dashboard.
Your professional dashboard supports you by prioritising your development needs, suggesting appropriate development actions and connecting you to ready-to-access learning experiences.
Based on these initial steps, SMART populates your comprehensive, individualised CPD action plan for each calendar year (incorporating planning, action and reflective activities), keeping record of your CPD!
At the end of each calendar year, SMART provides you with your fully-compliant, comprehensive CPD Reflective Plan, ready to submit to SAICA/IRBA for inspection.

How much will the SMART CPD Tool cost to use?

SMART Comprehensive (all the bells and whistles)
CPD Campus subscribers 
Annual and monthly subscribers have access to SMART Comprehensive (i.e., full functionality) at no additional charge.
Non-subscribers
Access SMART Comprehensive at a cost of R114pm, including 15% VAT.

SMART Basic (basic, but helpful functionality)
Available to all, free of charge. Should you wish to upgrade to SMART Comprehensive, you can do so at any time.
