Course overview
Often, the only tool we have for resolving a conflict is our ability to talk things through. One half of the key to good communication in a conflict situation is the ability to truly hear what the other party is saying . The other half is to communicate clearly what you want to say, in a way that will allow the other party to hear and understand your message. In this course we tackle this topic to provide you with a practical understanding of conflict, and how reframing the conflict can enhance your communication in conflict situations.
