It has never been a less desirable position to be in than having to make important life-changing decisions in abnormally uncertain times. It is very convenient to leave the decision-making to the “powers-that-be”, but what if you find yourself in the position where the buck stops with you – stick your neck out and make the decision… or else!

There is an increased focus on the ability of the accounting professional to make decisions during uncertain times. How do I, however, manage uncertainty despite incomplete information, unknown factors, and/or unpredicted events?
