There is no global or generally accepted ‘code of personal conduct’ that people all over the world ascribe to.

People stem from many different backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and upbringings. Many different factors play a role in shaping who we become in our personal capacity.

Personal ethics describe those ethical principles that we embrace when making decisions that could impact both our personal and professional lives.
