Course overview
Most assurance professionals are very familiar with the requirements of ISQC1 Quality Control for Firms that Perform Audits and Reviews of Financial Statements, and Other Assurance and Related Services Engagements.

In December 2020, the final pronouncement, ISQM1 (with the same title), is released by the International Audit and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) and replaces ISQC1 – all firms delivering audits, independent reviews and other assurance and related services engagements are required to have systems of quality management designed and implemented in accordance with ISQM1 by no later than 15 December 2022.

This live CPD event gives you an executive overview of ISQM1, and how it differs from the superseded ISQC1. If you are an audit and/or assurance professional, audit quality is likely to be quite high on your list of priorities and this live CPD event will be of great interest to you.
