Course overview
As professionals we all dream about the day we get the news that we have been PROMOTED! Once the champagne has been popped and the celebrations have ended, the time comes to STEP UP and lead. Leadership comes more natural to some, than to others. The good news is that, even if you are not a naturally born leader, you can still grow yourself into a strong leader. Even naturally born leaders need to calibrate their leadership compasses to ensure they’re still chasing true north. In this learning session CPD Campus places the spotlight specifically on professionals that assume leadership and management roles and positions for the first time, and what the key performance indicators are they should be monitoring on their leadership feedback dashboard.
