Course overview
Accounting and finance professionals are not necessarily well-equipped for handling a process of change. Synonymous with change, is resistance. The reality is that most people do not like change, especially poorly managed change. Change is unfortunately part of life as anything static becomes an easy target.

Businesses constantly evolve, even in the absence of crisis, and are required to adapt to new, highly challenging circumstances on an ongoing basis, especially in an era where “here today, gone tomorrow” is the reality for many organisations.

In this live CPD event we don’t explore why change is necessary, but rather how change can be proactively planned, managed, and executed to the maximum benefit of the organisation. There is an art to successful change management, and we look at important questions like what the common pitfalls are that should be avoided when significant change is imminent, the important building blocks supporting a healthy process of change, how the impact of change should be successfully communicated to those affected, and many more that are relevant to successful change management.
