Course overview
Come to think of it, every task, job, contract, to-do-list, outcome, goal, work responsibility alike is nothing other than a project, where the scale may vary from big to small. Projects require proper management. Analysing project management as a topic it soon becomes evident that there are no less than 18 individual professional skills that each plays a vital role in ensuring the successful outcome of the project! These skills require the project manager to be informed in respect of business, decision-making, and relational acumen that all contribute in their own way, to the success of the project. Project management skills are like the ingredients to a generational family recipe – leave out one, and the dish is a failure. How do you sustain the motivation of your team? How do you maintain top-quality open communication channels? How do you identify, avoid, and/or manage conflict in your team? Do you lead through example?
