Have you ever wondered if you possess leadership skills? With social media running rampant with information about the actions of Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, it is easy to feel coerced into thinking “I have to be like them, to be a leader”.

In this session, we seek to explore what the traits and characteristics are of real leaders and how ordinary professionals, without ten million Twitter followers, can be leaders in their own right, whilst strongly and positively impacting the profession and all the surrounding environments in which they function, on a daily basis.
