Course overview
Globally, studies show that workplace harassment is increasing and is taking on dangerous proportions. A large South African study showed that 31.1% of employees have experienced workplace harassment. What practical approaches can workplaces take to combat harassment today, and prevent it from happening tomorrow? In March 2022 the Minister of Employment and Labour published the new Code of Good Practice on the Prevention and Elimination of Harassment in the Workplace with the specific purpose of guiding employers and employees towards the prevention and elimination of workplace harassment.
